Welcome to AF Agger! By buying products on this page you automatically accept the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully.

When you have selected the product(s) you would like to buy, you fill in personal information such as your name, address, contact number, and payment information. Payment will be deducted from your account when the order has left our showroom. If you have any further questions, please contact us by writing to customer.service@af-agger.com.



All prices are stated including VAT. Orders are sent within 1-2 working days of the order placement. Freight is added depending on order location/country, and send by post with a tracking number. We are using standard shipping. If the product(s) are damaged when you receive it, please report it to DHL/GLS and AF Agger on the same day and return the item(s) to us immediately. AF Agger is not responsible for goods damaged in transit.


Returns & Exchanges

At AF Agger Aps we accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new and unused, with hang-tags still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and can be sent back to you at your own expense.

You must contact us within 14 days counting from the day you received the order. Please send an email to customer.service@af-agger.com stating the order number, product you would like to return and customer name. We will confirm the return and ask you to return the product(s) to the following address:

The product(s) must be sent to us within 14 days of contacting us. 

The cost of the return is covered by you. Make sure to wrap the product(s) securely upon returning, to avoid damage while they are in transit. You are full responsible for the product until the product has been safely delivered to us. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit when returned, so we recommend you keep a receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was in fact sent.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style, please do so by placing a new order on our webshop.



All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act rules for 24 months warranty.

The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods, that have occurred within 24 months after purchase.

The warranty does not cover when errors or damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. For complaints, defects or missing deliveries please contact us at customer.service@af-agger.com.


Payment can be made with credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union pay. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch or reservation of your order by AF Agger. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
