ITEMS SHOULD BE RETURNED NEW AND UNUSED, WITH HANG-TAGS STILL ATTACHED. RETURNS THAT ARE DAMAGED MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.

For returns PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER.SERVICE@AF-AGGER.COM STATING THE ORDER NUMBER, PRODUCT YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AND CUSTOMER NAME. WE WILL CONFIRM THE RETURN AND ASK YOU TO RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:

YOU ARE FULL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCT UNTIL THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SAFELY DELIVERED TO US. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT WHEN RETURNED, SO WE RECOMMEND YOU KEEP A RECEIPT WITH A TRACKING NUMBER AS PROOF THAT THE PACKAGE WAS IN FACT SENT.

ALL SUCCESSFULLY RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED TO ORIGINALLY PURCHASE THE ITEMS. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR ON YOUR ACCOUNT.
